Professor Chang is an Associate Professor of Accounting at the National Chengchi University (NCCU). She joined the Department of Accounting at NCCU in 2015 after receiving a Ph.D. in Accounting from the University of Kentucky (UK). Prior to her doctoral studies, she was an Audit Associate at KPMG LLP in the Houston office. She is a licensed CPA in Texas (inactive).
Professor Chang teaches Fundamental Accounting I & II, Auditing, and Accounting (IMBA) at NCCU and Financial Accounting (2013-2015) at UK. Her research interests include government audit procurement, internal audit, and judgment and decision-making in auditing, primarily focusing on issues related to professional skepticism and audit quality. She has published in several leading international academic journals, such as Accounting Horizons, Journal of Contemporary Accounting & Economics, Journal of International Accounting Research, and Managerial Auditing Journal.
