About This Role

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our regional People team. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to build a world-class Engineering and Product team at Glints by attracting and acquiring exceptional A-players.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• Anchor the Engineering and Product hiring engine

• Develop a deep understanding of the roles and markets that you will be hiring for in order to build healthy candidate pipelines

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to hire quality candidates in a timely manner

• Collaborate effectively with hiring managers throughout the hiring process

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimally 3 years of experience in technical recruiting with regional exposure

• Good working knowledge of technology, technical roles and skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process

• A team player with a keen sense of mission and embodies our RIIBCOH values

• A self-starter who is able to deliver quality outcomes at speed

• Objective-driven, highly adaptable and personally organised

• Analytical and enjoys working with data

• Good command of English (spoken and written)
