The Management Trainee Program at KKday is a two-year developmental program that aims to groom the next generation of future entry-level leaders in our SEA markets. Our program contains two phases:
Phase 1 Explore (12 months) - Rotation to all departments for solid training and understanding of KKday.
Phase 2 Experience(12 months) - Placement at one of KKday’s SEA branches of your origin for focused training.
As a management trainee, you will be entrusted with a key role and responsibility to bridge communication between Taiwan and our overseas branch. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with professional guidance by senior mentors, supporting assigned tasks and projects that will allow you to develop a solid understanding of all aspects of the business, as well as assisting in the implementation of policies and decisions announced by the Taiwan Headquarters.
Throughout the 24-month period, Trainees will be asked to complete projects and give presentations on their progress and development that will serve as a way for us to evaluate the program as a whole.
Upon successful completion, you can expect to land an entry-level management role (or equivalent based on your performance) in one of our overseas branches. Requirement:
Available for a two-year full time program
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment
Mobile and flexible to travel and consider short/long-term relocation
Nationality:
For local or overseas candidates; Southeast Asia countries preferred. (including Japan and South Korea)
Language Proficiency:
Good command of English or Mandarin
