Job Posting: Chief Coordination Officer (Fluent in Business English and Mandarin)
Are you a dynamic and resourceful individual with exceptional language skills in both Business English and Mandarin?Are you curious, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team, supporting our executives with their daily operations and fostering effective communication across our organization.
Responsibilities:
● Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes.
● Facilitate smooth communication between all English and Mandarin-speaking executives and stakeholders.
● Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
● Handle administrative tasks, including preparing and translating reports, presentations, and other relevant documents.
● Assist in organizing and coordinating events, conferences, and internal meetings.
● Proactively identify areas for process improvement and offer valuable insights and suggestions.
● Collaborate with various teams to streamline operations and ensure seamless workflow.
● Undertake computer-related tasks
● Assist in contract interpretations and translations
Requirements:
● Fluent in both Business English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with international partners and stakeholders.
● A curious and adaptable nature, always seeking opportunities to learn and grow.
● Demonstrated ability to handle various computer-related tasks with ease.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, not afraid to share your ideas and opinions.
● Proven experience in an executive support role or similar administrative position is a plus.
● Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
● High level of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

Commitment:
10-20 hours per week starting sporadically in late November. Bigger commitment after January 1st, 2024.
$300-500 NTD per hour (negotiable)
