- Minimum of 5 years experiences in marketing especially to a young demographic (18-30) and be well versed in the use of digital and social media
- Possess the ability to formulate and implement high level strategies. Ability to mix and match traditional marketing skills and combine with creative and lateral thinking
- Excellent and empathic communicator
- Be self-motivated and results-oriented
- Excellent project management skills are required
- Numerate and computer literate. Able to plan and work within budget
- Be fluent in English as well as being familiar with Chinese culture and language
The areas of responsibility
- The Global Marketing Manager, based in Taiwan develops marketing and sales strategies to achieve the organization's objectives, primarily increasing the number of profitable customers attracted to, converted and retained by the businesses on a country by country basis. He/she has to effectively manage the marketing, promotional and advertising activities of the organization, as well as various attendant follow up strategies to ensure growth, across our multiple channels and countries.
