DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential Functions
● Submit PO’s for review and approval
● Work with internal and external customers on launch timing and volumes for new products
● Work with account manager to identify and account for factors that impact product supply and demand (i.e., competition, promotion, pricing)
● Maintain metrics to ensure customer needs are being met
● Submit device demand plans to Demand Planning Manager to ensure product is built in a timely manner to meet customer delivery and satisfaction requirements
● Serve as point of contact for supply, delivery and logistics issues, and take action to resolve issues as quickly as possible and to ensure customer satisfaction
● Monitor sales forecast and inventory data, and work with account team to ensure customer order requirements are met
● Monitor charges related to Purchase orders and deliveries and work with cross-functional teams to identify and investigate errors and to determine root causes and resolution.
Relevant Work Experience
Minimum: Two (2) years experience in Handset / PC /Tablet Distribution/sales business
Preferred: Five (5) years experience in Handset / PC /Tablet Distribution/sales business
Skills & Abilities: (Technical or General)
Minimum Requirements:
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
● Experience working with supply, delivery and logistics data and analysis
● Effective verbal and written communication skills
● Strong time-management skills and the ability to multi-task while responding to changing requirements
● Detail Orientation and strong organizational skills
● Clear understanding of the dynamics of ecommerce or the consumer electronics industry
l eCommerce Sales Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Monitor our product page in different Online accounts , including the sales performance, competition analysis, and driving traffics, making higher conversation rate , improve reviews, decrease return rate. etc.
● Interact with internal and external customers on launch timing and volumes for new products
● Identify and analyze products strategy, including trends, competition, promotion, pricing and other factors that impact demand and supply
● Maintain metrics to ensure customer needs are being met
● Serve as customer point of contact for marketing, supply, delivery and logistics issues, and take action to resolve issues as quickly as possible
● Monitor sell-out data, and inventory; share the update of these information with team, and also use them for making the forecast
● Monitor the charges related to PO processing or deliveries, collaborate with cross-functional teams to dispute such charges, and work with the teams to find out root causes and solutions to avoid such charges.
Relevant Work Experience
Minimum: Two (2) years’ experience in E-commerce or online Marketing , or online customers Sales working with Amazon Retail Direct.
Preferred: three to five (3-5) years experiences in E-commerce business, either Buyers or sales manager for Online accounts
