The application for the 2027 academic year will be conducted in two rounds.
The application system for the first round will be open from September 22, 2026 to October 15, 2026, 5:00pm (UTC+8). Round 2 admission will be announced later.
※Late applications will NOT be processed.

▲Applicants are required to submit the following requirements to the NCCU Online Application System

• ▸Personal Data Form & Essay (Download) 
• ▸Two recommendations (Download)
  (To be uploaded to the university system by the applicant’s recommenders)
• ▸Photocopy of English Proficiency: Proof of English proficiency test at CEFR B2 (or above) or provide other proof of English proficiency test at the equivalent level. TOEFL / IELTS / TOEIC scores or other evidence of English proficiency
• ▸Diploma and Transcripts
• ▸Proof of Nationality
• ▸Declaration of foreign citizenship
• ▸Financial Solvency
• ▸Application Fee Receipt
• ▸Photocopy of ICDF scholarship application form* (For TaiwanICDF Scholarship applicants ONLY)
