Job description
Responsibilities:
The IT rep will be responsible for IT system ticket raise and follow up with product owner; new system feature launch; delivery training of new system features.
 
In particular, you will:
· Help the team to raise IT service tickets allowing smooth business.
· Timely follow up tickets to ensure a timely solution within SLA.
· Support new joiner on IT setup and equipment sourcing (Laptop; screens etc).
· Be the first expert on the new System feature launch. Join weekly training from our Tech team in Porto.
· Deliver training to the Asia office on system new features as well as promoting to our customers.
· Support from System capability perspective on Tech wishlist.
· Support our sellers on API integration.
· Negotiate ERPs company to launch cooperation with Jumia.
 
Job Requirement：
Professional Skills & Qualifications:
· Must be good at English both speaking and writing.
· Understand basic IT system design and potential solutions of common bugs.
· Experience on hardware sourcing channels is a plus.
· Understand API related, how to integrate with ERP specially.
