Commercial Product Lead (m/w/d) - Interiors
Your Responsibilities
- Initiation and execution of market research
- Analysis of the positioning of the allocated product groups (Knauf Wetroom Solutions including accessories)
- Analysis of customer satisfaction and customer needs
- Analysis of competitive activities and products
- Strategic planning of products, services and tools
- Innovation management and market launch/roll-out of new products and services (including idea generation and concept definition, evaluation and selection)
- Marketing planning for Product and Communication, and coordination with the planning of other departments (especially Technical) and with international sales partners
- Budgeting and budget allocation
- Content creation for communication activities (target group specific content)
- Implementation of planned marketing activities for the EMEA region
- Monitoring the achievement of objectives related to potential and market success
- Monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of the marketing activities (marketing controlling)
- International travel: up to 20%
- University degree in business administration, economics or industrial engineering
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing or product management for an international medium-sized or large manufacturer of industrial goods (B2B)
- Advanced working knowledge of English and German; other languages desirable
- Familiarity with innovation management or the market launch of new products and services and with the management of established products, services and tools
- Knowledge of marketing communications, market research and data analysis
- Assertiveness; ability to work well in a team; strong creative skills
- Ability to build personal networks
- Ability to quickly acquire good product and customer knowledge
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Strategic way of thinking and a performance-driven, meticulous approach
- Good verbal and communication skills
You are responsible for the strategic/operational handling of the product management (commercial aspects) and product marketing for Knauf Wetroom Solutions (including AQUAPANEL® Cement Board Indoor and accessories).
