Duration
From July to August, take internship 5 days a week
- Support to arrange internal meetings and events and provide logistical support
- Support to arrange external meetings with other depts. in company (local and global) or external stakeholders and vendors and provide logistical support
- Manage the schedule of marketing manager and other team members, assist marketing manager on time management, well- arrange calendar, meetings and travel preparation/management
- Proactively support projects and services and other daily administrative work
