2018 學生實習 - Asia Distribution Asset Management Intern
- Proactively align with the internal stakeholders to achieve resale targets through demand mgmt, execution on key customer engagements, and inventory positioning
- Understand the market environment and competitive landscape well enough to recognize shifts in the market and quickly react as needed
- Direct engagement with our distributors to maintain visibility into end customer demand and make sure that they are placing backlog which reflects that demand
- Drive and implement TI’s strategies for inventory positioning, fulfillment and supply chain engagements
- Drive right level of inventory mix at the right time
- Closely partner with the Headquarters to ensure alignment on strategy and execution of tactics
- Be a resource to enhance management team's understanding on the TI distribution model, processes and behaviors
- Actively engage with the Headquarters to provide market intelligence and competitive data
