2018 學期實習 - Customer Service Representative(CSR) Intern 客戶服務部實習生
▪ Responsible for order/backlog management (order to cash)
▪ Interface with customers / channel to provide quality service & build up/maintain good relationship
▪ Liaison with internal (i.e.: SBE planning, Finance & Logistics..) to ensure supply chain support
▪ Manage B2B related projects with customer (i.e. JIT/VMI)
▪ Handle aftersales functions and customer complaints (i.e. RMA, Debit/Credit memo… )
▪ Return merchandise authorization(RMA) orders creation
▪ Manage sample orders process
▪ Clean up daily inbox workflow
▪ Product Distribution Center (PDC) error code fix (including Credit block, QA hold etc issue)
▪ Expedite Estimated Ship Date (ESD) assignment etc.
