INTERNSHIP DIRECTIONS
1. Project: Usability Test for Official Website
Conduct Usability Test for official web site (ASUS.com). Define users/tasks then collecting, analyzing, and presenting result to build up the customer journey. Collaborate with IT department to make and optimize .com to be customer-centric web site.
2. Support Ecommerce business
Support worldwide ecommerce business, including Digital Strategy, Campaign and product GTM planning/execution and optimize by Data analysis.
3. Project Support: New retail (O2O) practice
Brainstorm new retail/new biz model and support to launch, including customer behavior analysis, Omni-channels study and research.
INTERNSHIP PERIOD
- Start: 2021/7
- Duration: min 6 months
- Schedule: min 2 days/week; winter and summer vacation Monday-Friday full-time (preferred)
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Education: current students from Economics, Business Management, Statistics, Information Management, Psychology, Information Engineering, MIS majors (master’s or bachelor’s degree)
- Language: fluent in English; strong Mandarin skills is a plus
- Highly interested in e-commerce, digital marketing and data analysis
- Strong logical and critical thinking capability and with good team spirit
