As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing the product marketing efforts for the business monitors of our company. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, business unit, creative, and local marketing, to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, increase market share, and generate demand for our business monitors. Responsibility:
Market Research and Analysis
o Conduct market research to identify customer challenges and needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
o Analyze market data to develop insights and recommendations for product positioning.
o Monitor industry news, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Positioning and Messaging
o Collaborate with product development to understand the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our business monitors.
o Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target customers and differentiates our products in the market.
Marketing Campaigns and Promotions
o Initiate and manage the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our business monitors.
o Support the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, videos, website content, and social media posts.
o Coordinate with the local marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand guidelines across all channels.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
o Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
o Track the performance to measure the success of marketing efforts.
o Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the management team.
Requirements:
· Minimum Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
· Proven with a minimum of 3 years of sales or marketing experience in IT, consumer technology or AV industry.
· Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a natural aptitude for communicating clear solutions to complex problems.
· Excellent presentation skills in English and Chinese
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools/software.
· Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, and other related analytical tools is a plus.
· Basic knowledge of graphic design and content creation is a plus.
· Self-motivated, proactive, strong sense of ownership, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
