The IT organization of ASML supports information management, infrastructure and key business processes across ASML. Part of the IT organization is the Core IT Services, which provides fundamental IT services to ASML employees. That includes generic IT infrastructure services like laptops and desktops, telecom services, network and datacenters within ASML. This position offers rare opportunity working in International organization at senior management level. S/he will have intensive interaction with senior managers in ASML APAC region, including Taiwan, Korea, China and Japan; occasionally with colleagues from US region and Head Quarter in Netherlands. Such experiences prepare young talent with the broadened view point for his/her future career development. Information Technology knowledge is not a must but need to be open enough and willing to put her/himself in unformattable and unfamiliar circumstance as learning curve is inevitable.
Job Summary
We are seeking an intern to join our team as a Management Assistant. The Management Assistant will provide administrative support to senior management and other staff members within the APAC IT organization.This position will be responsible for scheduling meetings, preparing documents and reports, and other tasks as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Coordinate schedules among management team members and plan the logistics of each meeting
• Prepare important documents for reports, meetings and memos
• Assist with research and writing reports, or independently writing reports on behalf of upper-level management
• Organize and plan all department outings and events
• Support financial activities – budgeting, procurement, expenses tracking and data analysis
Skills and qualifications
• Fluent in English
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Exceptional time management abilities, including managing multiple calendars
• Good administrative skills, including filing and document organization
• Excellent communication, including writing, email and memo creation, interpersonal communication and customer service
• Great active listening skills
• Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office Suite
• Fast problem-solving abilities
• Teamwork and collaboration
