【What You Will Do】
• Assist in establishing the CuboAi brand image and provide customer service through email or instant messaging. This includes product explanations, issue resolution, handling complaints, and improving user satisfaction.
• Interact with parents on the front line and assist in answering questions, building and enhancing the CuboAi brand image through customer relationship management.
【Requirements】
• Native-level Japanese language skills or JLPT N1 certification.
• Proactive, attentive, and strong communication skills.
• Prior experience in the service industry is a plus.
【Additional Information】
• Ideal start date: Within 2 weeks after offer acceptance.
• Contract length: 6 months (contract renewal is based on job performance).
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 18:30 (1-hour lunch break).
• Work Schedule: Able to come to the office at least 3 days a week (8 hours per day) on weekdays (Monday to Friday).
【Salary】
NT$ 183-200 per hour.
