Being an export-oriented country at a time of increased globalization, Taiwan is steadily strengthening connections with its trading partners overseas. This is why Taiwanese companies consider internationalizing local talents as being equally important to localizing international talents. The NCCU International MBA is fully English-taught and the instructors hail from prestigious business schools worldwide. Students can study with top talents from over 35 countries around the world. Join us now and make an impact on your future!
With the AIIB and ASEAN, regional integration in Asia is becoming more and more evident. A growing number of students are coming to Asia to acquire their MBA. The NCCU College of Commerce is working with Richard Ivey Business School of Western University to write case studies of successful industries in Taiwan. These case studies have been sold worldwide, becoming excellent teaching material for rising industries in Asia. The IMBA has become a truly unique place to learn the essence of management in Asia.
IMBA program professors are renowned scholars from top business schools overseas and are well connected with prestigious universities across Europe. Our faculty is also comprised of industry senior executives who have long-standing real-world business experience. Professor Swee-Huat Lee was the Former Human Resources Department Vice President of the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC). Professor Jason Hsu is the Chief Investment Officer for Research Affiliates and is also a Finance professor at the Anderson School of Management in UCLA. Along with the professors’ valuable experiences in the business world, their vast social network help contribute to the success of our students’ future careers.
From its establishment, the IMBA has dedicated itself to local internationalization. Every year, students from over 35 countries comprise half of the batch. A truly unique learning environment and fully English-taught courses create an international learning atmosphere in Taiwan. With exercises such as mock business-plan competitions and pitch simulations, non-native English speakers are able to improve their English language skills. On top of that, students can communicate with Spanish, French, and Japanese native speakers to learn a third language thus increasing competitive advantage at work.
In addition, the NCCU International MBA is the only MBA program in Taiwan with dual accreditation from AACSB and EQUIS. Granting recognition to over 1,000 other business schools, these accreditations challenge top universities to pursue further excellence. Notwithstanding these accreditations, the NCCU IMBA continues to improve and maintain its high standards.
The NCCU International MBA will start accepting applications this December. A written application and interview are required. We welcome talents that have at least two years of work experience. This year’s IMBA admission seminar will be held on November 12, 2016 on the 6th floor of the Commerce Building. Are you ready to make an impact on your future?
