For NCCU IMBA international students, career development is not only about preparing for the future but it is about taking real steps toward building it.
At Career Bridge 2026-NCCU International Talent Career Fair, IMBA students joined international talents across NCCU to explore career opportunities, connect with employers, and better understand Taiwan’s professional landscape. For first-year students, the fair was a valuable chance to search for internship opportunities and gain early exposure to different industries. For second-year students preparing for graduation, it offered direct access to full-time career possibilities and practical insights into long-term career paths in Taiwan.
One of the most meaningful parts of the event was the opportunity to meet company representatives and HR professionals face-to-face. Through direct conversations, students could introduce their backgrounds, ask about job requirements, and learn what companies are looking for in international talent. Beyond job openings, the fair also helped students expand their professional networks and discover how their global perspectives, multilingual abilities, and cross-cultural experience can create value in Taiwan’s job market.
Events like Career Bridge 2026 reflect the spirit of NCCU IMBA: learning beyond the classroom, connecting with real industry opportunities, and preparing students to become globally minded professionals ready to grow in Taiwan and beyond.
